Episode Synopsis "Ep 5: The intersection between Art & Faith with Reverend Mike Keirle (Skipton Big Ideas)"

ArtHouse Jersey are soon to launch the huge-scale interactive art exhibition Skipton Big Ideas at the St Helier Town Church. The event, which is open to the public for three weeks from Thursday 14 October, is an exhibition on a scale never before seen in the Island that has been designed for everyone in the local community. The Church has long been the home of society's big ideas, not only in the context of faith, but in times gone by law and politics too. Here Carrie Cooper speaks with The Dean of Jersey, The Very Reverend Michael Keirle one month ahead of the exhibition’s launch, to discuss his passion for the arts, the history of the church itself and the intersection between art and faith.
