Hi, for anyone listening, wanted to talk about losing a love one. When a family member passed away. I completely stopped doing this podcast. It’s been over year and I am revisiting all of this. It’s been tough to get back into the right state of mind and avoiding falling into deep depression. I wanted to open up a bit and just share my thought. Thank you for anyone who listens.
