Super stoked to be joined by the legends Ben & Nathan from Speak & Share, a Not For Profit Mental Health Organisation in Victoria who encourage tough conversations and challenges the stigma associated with mental health in todays day and age.
 
Since turning tragedy into triumph, Speak & Share now changes the lives of many through not only helping others gain a greater level of awareness around their own, and others mental health, but also by making us smile with their skits and community events. 
 
It was a pleasure to talk to the lads and we were able to gain a new perspective around the importance of community, vulnerability and ultimately taking care of our mental health, plus how to do so.
