Episode Synopsis

Lori is adamant about stretching. You have to stretch! If you do not stretch, you will not correct your posture and your posture will hinder your body’s ability to make blood. While sitting, you are lessening your body’s ability to make blood. One example is travel. Why is traveling so exhausting when most of the time we are either sitting in an airplane or a car? Our bodies need to stand and move around to keep itself hydrated. Lori developed an entire course to help teach how to properly stretch to help the body correct posture. Link down below. Lori goes over the science of why you should not make a habit of crossing your legs while sitting.
