As solopreneurs, we're generally alone the majority of the time.
When you're also a SOULpreneur (meaning you are living out your soul's purpose through your business), you're also like to be hugely driven to help others and to feel emotionally connected to those you serve.
Even when you're an introvert, working alone/remotely can lead to feelings of isolation - and this has been intensified with the enforced isolation due to world events over recent years.
Sooner or later it takes a toll, and in this episode I'm sharing the impact isolation has had on me and my business over recent years, and what I've been doing to reduce this.
It's important that we know we are not alone, and find communities to surround ourselves with. A place to give and receive support, stay on track, and keep making progress toward our dream lives and businesses.
