I was a full time professional international standard Table Tennis player for over 10 years. During that time I was ranked in the top 10 players in the England Men's rankings. I was the Yorkshire No.1 player (very proud of that). I won over 40 men's open tournament titles. I beat 4 top 20 world-ranked players. I played in the German Budesliga and gained a massive amount of experience in doing so.The purpose of this podcast is to help people who want to travel the same route as me, or hopefully go beyond the level I achieved and become a world champion.It may also be of interest to those who just want to put an edge on their game and become better.
