Every team member within my startup has my fullest trust, that he is delivering above my expectation. Having such a strong team, was always very important to me. At our startup we had our ups and downs. We had phases, where we had a lot of pressure to deliver certain results and we had phases, where we could pick up some time to be more creative. Interestingly, the CVs of every team member were absolutely different from each other. Some of us had university degrees, some not. Some of us are super creative, some not. Having this team, made all the hard work feeling easier. I was really glad having built up this team. From time to time, people ask me, how I recruited these top talents into my startup.
