My Name is Srivathsav Gadiraju , I'm from a village called Kovur In state of Andhrapradesh , India .
Coming to my education I have pursued computer science and engineering .
As I am Graduated from bachelor's of technology
I am more into computers and mobile phones . Being obsessed with tech stuff in my teens I Never Really had a good time for sports .

Having said that , I am also a person who has some fitness goals after I have entered into my teenage - I am obsessed with Fitness .

But ,
From the beginning I have never got any advice related to diet from any trainer ...

Nor I have taken advice from any trainer related to supplementation
Because I know that ... Fitness is the most corrupted word now a days . Trainers are selling supplements that they can't Even spell .
Lots of marketing is happening in steroids industry because of bad conditioning given to the body builders .
So ...
Having an experience of 9 years in the fitness and health subject ... I want to share this knowledge with you guys ...
So
