Speak Pastor!

Jeff Pastor was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in the West End. A proud product of Cincinnati Public Schools, he attended Sands Montessori, School for Creative and performing Arts, and Withrow High School. Pastor is a graduate of Central State University, Payne Theological Seminary, and Wright State University, where he received a B.A in Communications, Masters of Divinity, and Masters of Business Administration respectively. Pastor has also served in the United States Military in both the Ohio Army National Guard and the United States Navy Reserve. Pastor lives a life of service to others by giving his life to the most economically vulnerable in his community. He volunteers in soup kitchens, homeless shelters, hospitals, and prisons. Pastor lead the community wide “Guys with Ties” effort at Rockdale Academy, taught at King Academy Community School and served as a long-term substitute teacher and community coordinator at Cincinnati Public Schools. Pastor is the Executive Director of the Charles L. Shor Foundation for Epilepsy.Pastor lives in Mount Lookout with his Wife, Tara and children Serenity, Destiny, Jeffery III and Joshua. Pastor ran for Cincinnati City Council because he understands the needs of our community. He knows Cincinnati's small businesses are the engine of job growth and that investing in our education system is central to our youth. For Pastor, education and job creation are the keys to reducing poverty.
