Silently Speaking is very personal to me because I am an introvert and find it very difficult at times to express myself in various ways. I wanted to create a podcast that allows introverts from various backgrounds, like myself to feel accepted, not judged, can be seen, be heard, and just be themselves. Topics that will be discussed are relationships, wellness, perception gaps, unconscious bias, entrepreneurship, self-care, and personal development. We are always speaking within ourselves silently.
