Malia Baker, a phenomenal 14-year-old actress and activist, hosted She's the First for an IG Live conversation about girls' rights on June 2, 2021. Malia stars as Mary Anne in Netflix’s The Baby-Sitters Club and as Gabby on Nickelodeon’s Are you Afraid of the Dark? Off screen, she uses her powerful platform to advocate for gender and racial justice. She's the First Co-Founder/CEO Tammy Tibbetts facilitated the conversation among Malia, Girls Advisory Council member Anuli Ononye, and STF Community Engagement Intern Dani Antonio.  If you are a girl, listen in—this is for you!
