Episode Synopsis "Processing Grief"
I'm talking with my friend Sarah today about the worst day of her life. She had a traumatic day where she was rushed to the hospital and gave birth to her twin girls in July, when they weren't due until October. One of her twins survived after 3 months in the ICU and the other one passed after a few hours. This tragedy has shaped Sarah into who she is today and she discusses her process of sorting through her grief.
