Get to know the people in the Shaver's Creek community through insightful and funny conversations! Shaver's Creek was founded in 1976 as a resource for the central Pennsylvania community and as a field lab for Penn State students to get hands-on experience teaching about the natural world. We create educational and recreational opportunities through our many programs and classes like Outdoor School and AURORA, our collection of live animals, and the brilliant forest surrounding the environmental center. This podcast offers an inside look into the many people who make it all work and those who experience Shaver's Creek's many programs, from staff to students to community members.
