In this show, we listen to a very special panel discussion held in New York City and recorded over Zoom earlier this year.
This marked the the 20th anniversary of the Critical Topics in Food Program Launched by Wolf and run in collaboration with the NYU Department of Nutrition and Food Studies, with the help of Charlotte Priddle, Director of NYU Special Collections and Liz Varelli, associate director of engagement at NYU libraries, which is home to the Marion Nestle Food Studies Collection.
Clark Wolf moderated this lively discussion, featuring Barbara Kirshenblatt-Gimblet, Jessica Harris, Krishnendu Ray, and Marion Nestle.
