Margo True may have started what continues to be a remarkable career at the age of seven when she became enamored with a glossy magazine called Gourmet. Years later she worked at that very title and did significant stints at Savour, our beloved Sunset Magazine and, remarkably, Patagonia, the clothing and gear folks who sell some very special foods. Today she’s the Editorial Director of Civil Eats, a platform that came to be as the result of a magical weekend in San Francisco called Slow Food Nation. There’s history, culture, public policy and a good deal more, with host Clark Wolf.
