Today I want to talk about a concept which has helped me so much in my life. Don't wish for it to get easier, wish for you to get better. Really let that sink into your bones. So many times in my life and in my relationship, I have had challenges that I've needed to overcome and there is always that voice in my head, my ego, that wants to put me in victim mode.
