Episode Synopsis
Send us a textThea Magnuson is no stranger to adversity. She's the mother of an 11-year-old daughter and a music teacher who has dealt with divorce, homelessness, and other life-changing family crisis over the last few years. In 2016 following a nightmare experience with a 50k, Thea took a break from participating in races and running regularly to resolve personal issues in her life. In this week's show, Thea shares her running story with me and how she's fighting to make a comeback to participating in races again.
