RTZ23 – that’s the code for Karsten Weil, a Berlin-based all-rounder who is using this name since 1996 for his releases of experiments in sound and design. His musical preferences meet the ambivalence of his own work, ranging from Funk and Soul classics to the latest Electro music. He creates sounds and images as reflections of atmospheres and therefore they hardly fit into any common scheme.
