Wellington decided to make a change to his diet and his physical fitness while he was in his 20s, now in his late 40s he is probably in the best health he’s been in his life. From not having to take medication for ANYTHING to challenging himself to complete 24 obstacle courses in two years. Wellington tell Tay some steps he took to start his healthy/fitness lifestyle journey. He also shares words of encouragement to anyone wanting to begin a similar journey.
