You need to train in less than ideal conditions. Being able to do this is a great skill to have for life in case of emergency.But it's still just training, so you need to do it intelligently. On those days when you really can't push past the conditions to be your best, you make the next best decision.On these days, don't panic or judge yourself. Stay neutral and find your lowered comfort zone, and then go up enough to be uncomfortable. Stay there, and your body will learn how to work safely in yet another state of being.No excuses!
