Once you learn how to practice non judgemental analysis of yourself, you can really take things to the next level.This is why I weigh myself every day. It gives me insight into how my body is doing. The more consistent you are with your routines, the more consistent the numbers should be.If the numbers change quite a bit regularly, then something you're doing or eating is not being processed by your body well. If they are consistent, then changes indicate something else for you to identify and learn from.No excuses!
