is two middle aged climbers', perhaps futile, attempt to get back to shape at the combined age of 100 years.
Our friend and Olympic level coach, Vladek Zumr, has accepted the challenge of coaching us.
Other friends in the climbing World will inspire and motivate us along the way.
Also, Friday beers with relevant people in the climbing World.
Athletes, coaches, doctors...
Who knows, maybe someone will be inspired...or maybe discouraged to ever train again?

Thomas and I, Björn, have both climbed since the early 1990s. Neither of us has ever been any good really, but lately it has got worse...and this is our way to try and turn things around.
