                            I believe that using functional movements is the best way to build physical resiliency. Functional movements are natural, universal, and safe. They also work multiple muscle groups at the same time, which makes them very efficient. Building physical resiliency is important because it helps you withstand stress and stay fit long into your later years. When your body is strong and resilient, you are better able to handle whatever life throws at you. If you want to build physical resiliency, CrossFit is a great option. CrossFit uses functional movements to help people become stronger and more resilient. There is a community aspect to CrossFit as well, which can provide support and motivation.We also touch on rucking, which requires very little to get started with. Just put some weight in a backpack and start walking!
