Happiness is an emotion, just like sadness. We can't choose to be happy but we can choose to stay positive. On this episode, we cover topics from toxic positivity to training our brains to switch from feeling nervous to excitement. Staying positive is definitely not an overnight thing. Because we are human, we feel all kinds of emotions and sometimes the bad gets the best of us. It's more of a practice to exercise the brain to pick up positive thinking as a habit.
