Was nice to see how people enjoyed starting early in the evenings: a hotel closeby, with a superb art exhibition, lots of visual artists, and of course spinning some records alongside Crave, @Jjvvaann from Eightsquare, @HalleyFOUN and myself. This week we are welcoming July Z and presenting a 1h cut from the studio set he made exclusively for us, in which he delivers his genuine groovy and fresh canarian style. It’s been a great year for July Z, debuting with this great aka in the whole European underground house scene, launching his fourth vinyl release after just one year. He told us his main goal is to release in his own label and make some collabs of just one cut with some friends who he believes would match the sound vision. That was the case of the last release he made along with @whoisJulenn. The personal growth this artist has experienced in the last years left us all amazed, both his talent and productivity, representing his unique sound vision. He told us in his own words “I did this label to create music without being false-worried to fit the sound of one label or another”, just to show his most personal side. Spoilering a bit his next release, it will be Mr Blume, with an edit by @Ray_Mono, a great british producer. Also we want to mention that his solo project, July Z, received great support by Javier @Carballo, @Rossko, @BenRauMusic, @DiegoKrause, @Rowlaz or @HanfryMartinez, some of the artists who already took part in our show and gigs in the past. ____________________ PURE FOUN is broadcasting a curated selection of live and studio DJ sets, showcased by the most talented upcoming artists in the deep-tech & micro-house scene. #THATSWHY
