Episode Synopsis "#5 International Women's Day Special"
Today on the Potential in People Podcast we're joined by two amazing women at OVO, in celebration of this year's International Women's Day which falls on 8th March. Sarah Booth is our Director or Brand & Marketing and such an excellent storyteller, whilst Katie Russell is our Director of Data and heads up Engender: our network for women working at OVO! Two amazing guests, I'm sure you'll agree! We bravely shared some raw stories of our past experiences as women, sharing what we might have done differently and what we're learning for the future as we continue to #ChooseToChallenge together. We discussed our feelings of imposter syndrome, and a great TED talk on that topic we should watch and Sarah also shared a book she loved. A fascinating discussion, I'm sure you'll agree! Please do subscribe and leave a 5 star review if you liked it! It really means so much to me. Thank you for listening today! PS As a new podcast, we're always trying to improve whether that's overcoming nerves or improving the audio quality - you have our commitment that we'll keep getting better for you, the community of listeners.
