For us to become whole and healthy, we must balance our body, mind and spirit. Meditation awakens within you, the ability to contribute to your own healing process, to heal your body and mind from whatever dis-ease it is facing. A meditative state can help us tap into our own inner wisdom to gain insight and get answers to current life questions. If these answers don’t come right away, be patient and gentle with yourself. With time, it will become easier. In the mean time, when you are learning to relax your body and mind, you will benefit in your overall health and well being.
