Episode Synopsis "Episode 3 - OTC Codeine (Safety, Indications, And Addiction)"
Send your comment to the government by email: [email protected] Here’s my comment which you are free to reuse: I am a pharmacist and I have no doubt that changing all codeine products to prescription only is a step in the right direction. Furthermore, I do not want the burden of prescribing low dose codeine products like pharmacists do in Manitoba. Although pharmacists universally want to have more opportunities to have an impact on their patients, prescribing low dose combination codeine products carries too many risks to our patients with no evidence of effectiveness. I endorse any policy that will limit its access and use.
