Three Sisters Bake, a countryside cafe brand outside of Glasgow opened its first cafe in 2011, were my very first PR client when I went solo and launched my career as a freelance PR consultant.  Over the past eight years the three sisters have risen to the challenge of building a brand against all odds, securing a publishing deal to launch their first  cookbook and expanding their business. With the mantra of fresh, colourful, local food bursting with flavour.
