In this podcast, Pratik Gurung (@_ms.p.gg_.) interviews the three members of Film Foundry (@film_foundry) - Jagdish Upadhya, Abhishek Shah, and Rupesh Man Singh. Film Foundry is a collective of like-minded people who are passionate about film photography. In a time where the world runs on instantaneous, virtual platforms, Film Foundry has found a sense of comfort in remaining grounded in a traditional approach to photography. While analog processes are the basics of photography, digital processes are their evolution. Film Foundry was started three years ago by Jagdish Upadhyay later accompanied by Abhishek Shah and Rupesh Man Singh. They enjoy experimenting with different processes such as gum printing, carbon printing, anthrotypes to trying out the alternative chemistries which they have talked about in this episode.
