Episode Synopsis "Ocean breath Mindfulness practice "

Each student will be asked to place their hands where they are comfortable, their feet flat on the ground, and their backs straight against their chair. As the lights turn off students will choose to either close their eyes or tilt their head down. As I read the passage about the ocean, students will relax and focus on their breath.
