Episode Synopsis "Episode 2: Circumstances and Thoughts- What's the difference?"

Today we are going to start looking into our own heads, and we are going to start to learn about what is within or control or out of it.  This is going to be your first introduction, with me anyway, into thought management. The exercise talked about in the episode is the Thought Download.  Every day I want you to take a piece of paper and just start writing down every thought in your head.  Do this for at least 5 minutes.  IMPORTANT:  Do not judge!  Just take all the thoughts from your head and put it on paper.  Then just look at those thoughts and ask this question.  Does this thought serve me?   We starting at the very beginning of the most important tool you can have at hand.  Being an impartial observer of our minds!
