We are moving through an evolutionary phase where we are now better understanding this valuable piece of awareness for cellular & circadian health, brain rewiring, and DNA expression. Neutrality and attunement are keys to healing and renewing the brain and the body.Robyn loved the creative arts growing up and earned a BFA in Theater as an undergraduate. She went on to be an elementary educator for twelve years after earning a Masters Degree in Education & Creative Arts in Learning. She’s been a student of yoga for 20+ years and a Registered Yoga Teacher for 12+ years. Robyn is a certified Reiki Practitioner. She is also a certified HeartMath and Applied Quantum Biology Practitioner. In addition, Robyn is trained in and implements Blomberg’s rhythmic movement to integrate active reflexes and improve brain function.
