Today’s topic Turning your burdens into your blessings, and not letting your blessings become your burdens :thought_balloon: We all visualise and want to manifest so many things, but have you ever stopped to think about the things you’re asking for. If you’re asking for a big team, a lot of money, an expensive car. Have you ever thought about all the RESPONSIBILITIES and the challenges that come with those blessings? The thing with most of us is that they firstly don’t realise the blessings they have and they’re always wishing for the same blessings as others. And then when God l blesses us with experiences and situations to help us grow into the position we’ve been praying for , we start to complain. You must change the way you look at things in order to change the things you’re looking at. What are the burdens? The struggles, the hard times, the times when people aren’t joining your business, the challenges. You can easily turn everything you want into a blessing. Remember sometimes the burden is literally the gift in disguise that comes RIGHT BEFORE THE BLESSING! If we always looked at our challenges as blessings rather than burdens then you’d  realise how lucky you are. How fortunate you are for the opportunity for you to get better and to grow rather than stay the Same. You wanted a business where you could grow and make money with. God gave it to you, now it’s a burden to wake up everyday and put the work in. We prayed for these blessings, we wanted that opportunity to get us out of bad situations once upon a time. And now you’ve got it! But what now? Now it’s a burden to post on insta, to talk to people, to go out your comfort zone. Leadership is taking people where they’ve never been and never thought they’d go, but they thank you when they get there. The only way you can take people to a place they’ve never been is if you do first. Understand that leadership is an opportunity. Sometimes you get the opportunity but don’t let that opportunity turn into an obligation? A lot of people have access to this network marketing company, we get to have our own schedule, don’t let this opportunity you have to be able to become the better version of yourself turn into ‘I have to jump on mornings with neno’ ‘I have to do the 3 way calls’ no; instead you GET to do these things. It’s a privilege. You might get some turbulence on your journey but that’s okay. There’s 3 types of people in this business: 1. The vast majority of people can tell you what they do - they work a network marketing program, the help others build online business, they teach others how to trade etc. 95% of people can tell people what they do. The majority of the time when people hold opportunity calls it’s just about what they do - ‘I run an online business’ 2. 4% of people can tell people ‘HOW’ they do it. How they are able to run an online successful business. The how is harder to ask because most people don’t care about the how 3. 1% of the people can tell people ‘WHY’ they do what they do. I do this for my family, for the communities that are struggling, to break the generational curses that have haunted my family for years and years. I do it so nobody else struggles in my family.
