Practice the science and the Art of winning.
• Win small as often as you can.
• Prepare to win big as much as you can.
• Start winning early and keep it consistent.
• Where you drop drop ball, pick it up keep going.
• Consistency is the thread that holds the winning streak. Be consistent.
• Improvement is the key to winning difficult battles. Measure your progress, without measuring you can't confidently process and direct your improvements.
Mitigation plan.
• Expect to miss the mark sometimes, manage your expectations.
• Rather start small and become a master, than start big and fail big. Big fails require massive stregth to get up, small fails less strength. Don't set yourself up for a no come back.
• Be careful not compare your race to someone else's. Stick to your lane, stepping on someone's lane is a violation. Win the right way.
• Treat yourself with a lot of grace, but don't give your self a way as a habit. There's a thin lane between grace and habitual licentiousness. Thin as it may be, the line is clear, the results should be progress, not regress.
• Learn what your motivational triggers are and be ready to employ if you need to.
• Pace yourself, Rome wasn't built in day, but each day there was some building taking place in line with the plan. Don't be discouraged by the weather. When the sun is up build as much as you can.
