Many of us leave our minds at the merciless alter of the negative news media. We carelessly, hopelessly leaving the validity of information that builds our minds to published or broadcasted media. Just because it is written doesn't make it valid or credible or true or fact. However this reveals to a very powerful ability we have in our structure.
As people, we give more credibility to what is written down more than what is spoken. Written content is mor credible than oral.

This is why for centuries, powerful kingdoms have used the pen as both a weapon of attack against the enemies' mind. It is written: one of the most powerful statements I have ever read. To illustrate my point I'm going to use an account nitro in this ancient scripture, the bible. It details an account of the Arch enemies, Satan and Jesus Christ.

We must learn this, we must take note of it and we must for all that our life is worth, practice the skill. Writing down our thoughts, journaling, blogging, love letters to ourselves. Whatever, writing down of thoughts uses a different part of in our brain to process thoughts as we write them down and they stare back at us once we have written down. All of a sudden we learn.
• How to structure our thoughts in a way that doesn't misrepresent our intentions.
• How to deliver thoughts in a such a that captures our intended meaning.
• We are cognizant of how important words are in the process of communication.
• We learn to mind our words.
• We lear use our words enhance our communication and preserve intended meaning.
• We lear that words, are our judge, they can judge our intent and reveal our heart, our pain, our joy.
