COVID 19 has magnified some of the factors in our workplace that place employees' mental health at risk.  No longer can employees afford to depend on the organization to "correct the wrongs"  or look out for their best interest.  It is each employee's responsibility to themself, to seek and look after their own interest.  In this episode and series of podcasts, I will be focusing on why self-care is important, what it involves and how we can practice and promote it.  I hope to share from my own experience and those of others who have learned the importance of this practice perhaps the hard way and want others to benefit from the lessons we have learned along the way.
