Episode Synopsis
Thanks for tuning into Mike’s Yoga Podcast. Today, we’re going to look at the Tree Pose (aka Vrksasana). We’re going to explore the stability of the standing leg by focusing attention towards the heel of the standing foot.
We’re also going to do Prasarita Paddotanasana - the wide-legged forward extension. You might need some blocks for underneath the hands if you can’t reach the floor: the aim is to keep your legs and your back straight in this pose.
You should be in good health - that doesn’t mean that you need to be flexible: that comes with time.
