1 Cluster (Clean + Thruster) adding weight each set
-10-8-6-4-2
Bench Press adding weight each Rd
In between each Rd, preform 20 push ups, and 10 bent over barbell rows
-Pause Front Squat + 1 1/4 Front Squat + Front Squat 3x3
Increasing weight each Rd
-Front Squat 3x3 (100-105% of you 1RM Clean)
In between preform 10 goblet squats, and 20 air squats
