Episode Synopsis "EPISODE SEVEN: How Sesh is changing landscape of group support and making it more affordable and accessible "

On todays episode, I chatted with Vittoria Bergeron and Alyssa Musket who are the cofounders of Sesh. Sesh is an accessible mental health platform offering peer support sessions led by licensed therapists. The Sesh platform provides support by harnessing the transformative power that exists within communities. Vittoria came up with the idea for Sesh from her own personal experiences with group therapy and wanted to make it more accessible and affordable. On todays show, we chatted about how Sesh started and how it transitioned into an online platform when the pandemic hit. Alyssa and Vittoria were also named in the Forbes 30 under 30 list this year, but what was even more important to them, was that they were named under the social impact category.
