Listen "S2E34 - Kevin Byron on brainstorming"
Episode Synopsis
This week I celebrate the 50th episode (across 2 seasons) of the podcast by chatting with Kevin Byron. Kevin tells me about his research into brainstorming, why it so frequently doesn't work and ways in which to make sure that it does. He describes his phased approach and the advantages of this system as well as explaining how he helps people to evaluate their responses in order to identify the strongest ideas.
