There are three things that will keep you from your dream: dieting, depriving, and denying yourself.
We're going to talk about all three, what I like to call the 3 D's, in this first part of a 2-part podcast series.
In this episode, we'll start with dreaming about what it is you really want: weight loss, stopping emotional eating, and trusting yourself.
Then we'll dive into how the 3 D's are keeping you from your dream. Dream stealers!
It's not enough to know what's keeping you from your dream, though. Listen in and then take a look at how the 3 D's might be showing up in your life right now and then commit to letting them go!
In next week's episode, the second part of this series, we'll cover the dream makers and how pairing the tool I'll cover with mindset is the way to make your dreams happen.
