It's about time the topic of urges and cravings gets its own episode on this podcast!
I had always heard the term cravings before finding coaching, but never really understood what was going on when I had a craving other than having a really strong desire for something and *needing* to go eat that food or try really hard to say no.
So in this episode, I'm sharing with you my definition of urges and cravings that will help you understand your brain and body and have compassion for yourself.
We'll also dive into what responses are available to you when you have an urge or craving so you can get to know and understand yourself even more.
Lastly, I'll share with you what it means to allow an urge and how that skill can help you lose weight with simplicity and ease.
