Dr. Claud Anderson takes an in depth look at the US Constitution and its effect on Black people. He discusses how Blacks were intentionally left out and how specific coded language was used to do so. Dr. Anderson examines the Bill of Rights and how "all men are created equal", but Blacks were being enslaved while those words are being written. Blacks were viewed as property not as people.
