This episode is all about the ego. Yep, the ego is so big it gets its own episode. But don’t worry, we don’t let the ego run the show here. We take a hard look at what exactly the ego is and where it is playing in our lives. Is it serving us? Or is it holding us back? Instead of scolding the ego and telling it to chill (which oftentimes it needs to do), we acknowledge it and send love to it. And it looooves that, so in turn we feel lighter. And we loooove that. It’s a win-win situation. That’s what it’s all about. Finding that peace, lightness and contentment as we Lighten Up!
