In this solo episode I share some of my feelings and reactions to a pretty scary week. The attack on the US Capitol building struck a lot of fear in my heart and mind this week. So in this episode I share my thoughts on FEAR and some steps to navigate and process fear both mentally and physically using yoga and body scanning meditation to combat the effects of anxiety brought on by fear.
