Hi, my name is Emily and I am an ex-mormon. I grew up in the LDS church and it took me almost 30 years to leave it. Why? I was terrified. I didn't think there was anything on the other side of the door so I just stayed inside. I would open the door periodically and stick my foot out, but I was so terrified to walk out the door. But, hey I did it! This podcast is going to go through my journey of seeing what's on the other side and navigating my way, as well as reconstructing a damaged foundation of value and truth.
