Hello! This is our first season of "Let's Taco 'Bout It." In this episode, we will be having a discussion with our own Vasanthi Babu- founder of her own counselling centre- and discussing her experiences with anonymous patients and tips she has for teenagers with mental health concerns. Mrs. Vasanthi Babu is a trained counsellor with Masters and M. Phil degrees in 'Guidance and Counselling'. She has presented papers on "Problems of Women Junior Artists in the Film Industry" and "Transgender - Problems and Remedies." She believes strongly in the need for fellow humans to help each other at times of crisis. While monetary aids for food and clothing can only quench the physical needs, psychological support is needed for the victims and relatives to bring emotional and mental life back to a sense of normality. Her team of counsellors also have similar training, experience and a willingness to help others.
