According to a recent Michigan Court of Appeals decision, the answer is "yes." In this episode, Chip LaFleur discusses malicious review posting with attorney Steve Gursten. Steve filed Gursten v. Doe in an attempt to uncover and stop his law firm's competitors from leaving anonymous one-star reviews— and he knows he shares this problem with other firms across the nation.
