Hosted by Mauricio Yanez (NYUAD'21), the second episode of Leaving the Nest is on the topic of managing expectations after graduation. In this episode, an NYUAD Alumni talks about whether her expectations for life after NYUAD matched her reality, how difficult/important was is to maintain realistic expectations for life after graduation and how she dealt with the post-graduation transition.  Our guest speaker is Maya Morsli from NYU Abu Dhabi Class of 2019. She majored in Philosophy with a minor in Legal Studies and Art History. During her time at NYUAD, she served as the Editor in Chief of the Gazelle for a year. She is currently working as Litigation Legal Assistant at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York City. She plans to attend law school in the coming years and is passionate about advocating for women’s issues on a legal platform.
